"Neo-Classical Ambient!" says Darker Than Black. Well... not completely right. there are some Black Metal songs/parts, which, to be honest, are not the best thing the band has done. Back in 98, the overuse of drum machine and low quality electronic devices was a sweet trap in which many bands fell. Anyway, listen to a track like Black Sorcerers Fortress and feel the magic ! It's great to see that those recordings have been dug out from the past. But if you weren't there in the last days of the XXth century, you may not understand.
